Another Reason why Horoscopes are Crap

You can see the link here, but because there are now 13 constellations (and not 12) that the sun goes through, I have been switched from Aquarius to Capricorn.

Or if Wikipedia’s correct, then I’ve been switched from Aquarius to two(!): Sagittarius and Capricorn.

Read it and realize that throughout your whole life, you’ve actually be reading the wrong fortune.  Ah, just another reason why this is epistemically worthless.

About shaunmiller

I have just completed a visiting position as an assistant professor at Dalhousie University. My ideas are not associated with my employer; they are expressions of my own thoughts and ideas. Some of them are just musings while others could be serious discussions that could turn into a bigger project. Besides philosophy, I enjoy martial arts (Kuk Sool Won), playing my violin, enjoying coffee around town, and experimenting with new food.

Im standing having a conversation at a party, discussing a personal matter or experience and yeah.. sure enough.. here it comes.. “So what star sign are you” OMG!! I freaking hate that questions because as soon as I reluctantly say “IT” They respond with the judgemental “Ahhhhh” that explains it!.. like they now have some power and way of looking deep into my soul and personality.. to which I feel like responding.. Oh For F… Sake!! Next time Im going to respond with.. “You tell me sweetheart”!!
